Great place! It's compact but well-equipped with modern machines. The staff is super welcoming. 10/10!

I tried this gym a few days ago, after trying pretty much all of the other bigger gyms in Ao Nang. This gym has a membership that includes classes as well.

The price for 1 day is quite steep, more expensive than competitors. The equipment for fitness is new and good, but it is rather limited. If you are into heavy lifting, I would recommend Heroic fitness more.

If you enjoy classes and gym, this is a good gym. The receptionists were both unfortunately not very friendly and welcoming to me as I was here first time.

In August the price for 1 day was 220 THB, discounted from the usual 250 THB.

I visited this gym for 3days in the morning as soon as the open while I was on a trip in krabi. there have airconditions and fans. you can exercise not hot. it's a small gym but you can get more stronger while your traveling. the day pass was 220baht. it might only promotion on March.

Overall Experience:
Solid gym with modern equipment and a great view, but expect some waiting during peak hours.

Pros:

Modern, well-maintained equipment with all weights and dumbbells accounted for.
Clear layout: weights downstairs, cardio machines and yoga rooms upstairs.
Clean locker rooms.
Motivated crowd—people here take fitness seriously.
Bonus: free-run machine upstairs and a killer view of Krabi while you grind.
Cons:

Pricey for the area: 770 baht for one week, even with a discount.
Limited space—on busy days, be prepared to wait for key equipment like the bench press.
Would I come back?

Really good gym for a traveller or anyone! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The gym has all the kit for a good workout, free weights, a lot of multi-purpose weight machines, and cardio equipment upstairs. It all looks basically brand new. All this for a reasonable price (175 baht for day pass or 500 for a week, though it did say special offer). They also sell protein powder and protein smoothies; I had banana chocolate protein smoothie, and it hit the spot after my workout
