Bears Gym Ao nang

Excellent gym. The owner is incredibly friendly and genuinely care about his members, always making sure everyone feels welcome and supported.

All the equipment is brand new and
modern you have absolutely everything you need for a complete workout. The air conditioning works perfectly, making training comfortable in any season.

The cleanliness is outstanding, everything is spotless and very well maintained. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and professionally run place to train!

My fiance and I tried out Bears Gym last night. Very impressed. Unlike other gyms in Thailand this place is spotless. The equipment is great quality, and lots of pieces that you don’t find in this part of the world.

The owner was present and he is a very friendly and personable gentleman. We will be back for sure.

Get yourself to this gym if you’re staying on Krabi near Ao Nang.
Staff were so friendly, see price list in my photos but we did 3 single day passes for 200b a day (as that’s how long we were staying in Krabi).
They sell water and shakes if you need it but there’s markets around the area so we went to a 7 Eleven on the way to get water.
This gym is brand new (Jan 26) so the equipment is too. Loads of useful plate loaded machines, plenty of bars and racks, cable tower, DBs up to 50kg and a few tires for flipping outside if that’s your thing.
As it’s new it’s obviously not perfect but it is close (we first went in the day after opening day). Unfortunately there’s a sent enough plates for everyone to use but I was told that more were on order. I could work around it easy (I’m 90kg and have been training consistently for 15+ years) but there was a big lad in there doing single arm alternating the plates over each side. This is an issue I expect will be sorted in days. They also say a sauna and ice bath are coming too soon

Such a great gym!! Very very clean, a lot of nice machines. The owner is very attentive to his business and nice staff. Strongly recommend

Excellent well run, very clean gym, only 20 minutes walk from our hotel. The owner, Peter and Tippy are very helpful and interesting people. If you want help they'll give it, if not they'll leave you to crack on.
The gym had a varied range of customers, but no meat heads. Protein shakes are available, and Tippy will make you a fruity one if that's your thing.
200 thb a day or a week or longer membership if you're staying longer. We paid for (cash only) the week and only dehydration and deli belly kept us away.
