We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Krabi. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly and really made us feel welcome from the start.

The rooms were lovely and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool area was absolutely fab – a great place to relax.

It’s also in a really good location, close to everything you need.

Would 100% recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Ao Nang, with just one small disappointment.

The Good:
The hotel enjoys an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach and close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and the vibrant Ao Nang nightlife. The property offers fantastic facilities for families — a kids’ play area, a swimming pool, and a water slide (though unfortunately under maintenance during our stay).

The hospitality was top-notch. Even though we arrived early before our check-in time, the hotel kindly allowed us to use all the facilities. The staff were consistently courteous, friendly, and eager to help, which made our stay even more pleasant.

The breakfast spread was excellent for vegetarians, with a variety of delicious Indian dishes available every day — something we truly appreciated. Our room was spacious and included a sofa bed, which was perfect for our toddler to sleep comfortably and independently.

The Only Downside:
The main reason we chose this hotel was the water slide, which our toddler was very excited about. Unfortunately, it was under maintenance for our entire stay, and we were not informed of this beforehand. This was quite disappointing.

Overall:
A great choice for families, with excellent food, location, and hospitality. Just be sure to check ahead if specific facilities are important to you
