Very nice gym and trainers, but need the AC to not align to mall hours and also the WiFi is too weak. I lose signal often and there should be automatic connection.

26/03/2026 12:38There are many attractions, but the staff didn't clearly explain the membership details, and this wasn't a one-time issue!
-Initially, I signed up for a 3-month plan. Normally, after 3 months, it would end, but in the 4th month, they automatically charged my card. When I contacted the staff, they said there was a note stating that the card would continue to be charged if the customer didn't cancel...??? (The staff didn't mention this 1)
-I signed the cancellation form in early February, but they were still charging my card in early March.
I called to inquire, and it turned out that the cancellation would take effect after 30 days.

I might have made a mistake by not reading carefully, but I think important information like this should be communicated to the customer.
