Lanta Coral Beach Resort

We stayed here for 3 nights and were so happy with our choice. We originally booked the bungalow with air conditioning but on the first night realised the Aircon didn't work (after reception was shut) so had a very hot night (worse than having a fan). So I'd recommend checking the Aircon asap as these are quite old systems. Next day the owner was really kind to move us to another room, I think the superior bungalow. That was so much better in general and I'd recommend booking this instead. The room was very comfortable and had lots of surface spaces and nice bathroom. We rented a scooter (200b which is a good price in our experience), super easy too. The place is close to the national park and lots of beautiful beaches. We ate at the restaurant a few times (each time was great food) and there's also a few places right around the corner with amazing views. Although there's amazing views in Lanta Coral too! It's a very chilled and quiet place which we liked and would definitely book again

We paid 3500 per night for the bungalow they mentioned. But actually it is now a bungalow, just a small room with bed. Amenities doesn't match with the paid charges. It deserves the price 1500 baht to 1800 baht.
Apart from this, Food is average, service is good and kind staff. Beautiful location as well

We stayed at Lanta Coral for a long week at the end of low season. We couldn’t have picked a better spot. The location just outside of the village means you have the beach for yourself, but are only 5minutes by scooter away from shops and restaurants (which you do not need as the food at the resort is great). Service is also
great, rooms are cleaned daily if you want and the host can help you with any questions or trips on the island.

I have booked a stay here for 1 month, but stayed almost 2. The place offers a great quality/price in the island. I got a bungalow practically on the beach, incredible sunset view from the restaurant, great food, walking proximity to international meditation center and quiet spacious nature around. But probably most important - super-friendly and helpful staff that made me feel like home.
I cannot get enough words to thank the team and would come back there again if possibility arrives. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! The people are very kind, the bungalow was cozy and always clean – it was cleaned every day. The location right on the beach is just amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly, you can order anything directly to the resort, and even rent motorbikes at a fair price. Massages are offered right at your doorstep as well. The food is also very delicious. I would definitely come back – highly recommended
