About Krabi and Ao Nang
Krabi province on Thailand's Andaman coast is famous for limestone cliffs, clear water, and easy access to islands such as Phi Phi, Hong Island, and local four-island loops. Ao Nang sits within this network of beaches, piers, and national park zones, making it practical for both short holidays and week-long stays. Infrastructure has improved steadily — ATMs, mini-marts, clinics, and tour counters are common — yet the region still feels more relaxed than busier beach hubs.
Check In Krabi publishes guides, hotel lists, restaurant picks, and public place notes to help visitors compare options before they book. Always cross-check ferry times, park fees, and national holiday crowds because conditions change by season. Respect marine parks: avoid single-use plastic on boats, do not stand on coral, and follow staff instructions during snorkeling stops.

I'll focus on Pros & Leave negatives for the other reviewers mainly because I don't like to complain & it was the last day for us in this country, where Thai people & foreigners have been mostly kind to us.
1) Spacious rooms with Pool access
2) Great Swimming Pool
3) My room ac didn't work but they changed the room and even upgraded it
4) Located very close to some great shops, spa & restaurants.
5) Free shuttle service to Ao Nang beach but night market is still far away from dropping off location.
I suggest: Be Nice to receptionists & staff, initially they will seem uninterested and less bothered (maybe some work culture issue) but being consistently & genuinely kind, lifts them up. (It worked for me)
The property is good with comfortable stay although it's far from au nang beach.
We wanted a secluded place and hence chose this.
Pros:
Pool is good
Cottages are good
Restaurant is little better than average.
Cons:
1. Horrible staff.
The mid-age lady at reception is a evil person with very bad temper. She used to talk to us like servants.
She even raised her voice on my wife as if talking to her maid.
2. We also had multiple experiences where the cleaning staff would knock the door and just enter the room during cleaning hours. We were supposed to switch to another room and while we were packing, the cleaning staff swiped their card and just kept walking in as if entering his home. They have absolutely no patience, no courtesy, no concern for customer.
3. We had water clogging issue during our last stay.
If given a chance I would rate it negative. If you are Indian please never go to this place and read this whole review. Firstly even after paying huge amount the room stinks of drainage. We complained daily about the smell and all they did once was spray room freshener. Secondly they have no toiletries, even if you request for anything they will say "we no have". Service wise it's negative. Specially if you are Indian and vegetarian skip this place. We don't have grab or bolt here so only option left is either walk 1km daily to reach to main market or use the hotel shuttle which is every hour and they don't wait for even a minute. I would suggest choose hotel Holiday Inn instead.
Finally we had such bad experience that we could miss our flight back as the staff blamed us falsely of something and started fighting with us just before we had to leave. When we showed proof of CCTV and proved wrong they threatened us of taking to police. Horrible and worst experience.
The staff is so attentive and helpful! They have shuttles to the beach every hour, and there’s 7-11 just short walk away. Plus super close to the van terminal for airport booking. I will definitely be back!

Rooms are spacious and clean. You will find some Indian and Thai restuarants just outside the resort and a little ahead to the main road you have numerous options.
They have a hourly shuttle to the beach free of cost and can arrange airport cab on request
Only drawback is that the front desk does not responds to emails and the rooms does not have phone line to call reception. Instead you will have to message them on whatsapp if you need any assistance
