Perfect hotel. It is new and very sweet, nice pool, very friendly and helpful stuff. The only issue is the location, a little far from ao Nang, but if you have a bike it is not a problem, 20 min ride
13/01/2026 19:35I initially wanted to give this hotel 5 stars, especially because the female reception staff were very warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, I’m giving 3 stars due to an unpleasant experience with the male receptionist during our early checkout. We checked out and went for breakfast, he approached us within minutes and claimed a towel was missing without properly checking the room first. After I explained where the towels were, he left.
The issue wasn’t the towel itself, but the assumption and lack of professionalism, which made us feel uncomfortable. This experience affected our overall impression of the hotel.
One of the best hotels we found in Krabi during our Thailand trip. The hotel staff is very good and supportive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautiful. Luckily, we were given a room for early check-in, which we really appreciated.
The hotel is 20–30 minutes away from Ao Nang Beach. The pool-view rooms are much better than the garden-view rooms.

If you’re choosing a room, the swimming-pool view is definitely better than the garden view.
06/12/2025 05:00Thank you for a warm welcome. It was a pleasure to stay at your hotel. We had a nice view of the pool and garden. The hotel is located not too far from the highway, but it was very quiet. I will be happy to stay in this hotel again.
