About Krabi and Koh Lanta
Krabi province on Thailand's Andaman coast is famous for limestone cliffs, clear water, and easy access to islands such as Phi Phi, Hong Island, and local four-island loops. Koh Lanta sits within this network of beaches, piers, and national park zones, making it practical for both short holidays and week-long stays. Infrastructure has improved steadily — ATMs, mini-marts, clinics, and tour counters are common — yet the region still feels more relaxed than busier beach hubs.
Check In Krabi publishes guides, hotel lists, restaurant picks, and public place notes to help visitors compare options before they book. Always cross-check ferry times, park fees, and national holiday crowds because conditions change by season. Respect marine parks: avoid single-use plastic on boats, do not stand on coral, and follow staff instructions during snorkeling stops.

Staff was wonderful- lots of rules, more than most places and I have visited all over Thailand - Great pool really the only thing it has going for it. But when you swim everyone watches you. Looks cool but does not really function, no one use it when I stayed there. Watch out for the table , do not sit at desk, cut my legs underneath on the metal chicken wire. Hope they fix that. Great location, better for a more mature crowd. Good price and hopefully they get new towels
17/02/2026 22:19This is a “4 star” hotel with 2 star service.
The pros: the rooms are clean and modern feeling, the pool is a nice touch and very aesthetic, and the locations is great.
HOWEVER there was a major unacceptable caveat: they basically refuse to give out any additional water bottles outside of the certain room stocking hours.
They will give you 2 per day, but if you ask at any other time they tell you they say that they’re “locked up” and excuses to that effect, which is totally ridiculous seeing as they cost probably a penny to buy and the heat reaches 35+ degrees.
Breakfast was just ok, nothing great.
This hotel is amazing with a beautiful view and nice rooms. The price is acceptable. However, there are a lot of rules but I understand the fact that some people messed up before. That’s why the owner needed to set up the rules. I arrived at 19:00 due to the flight delay. Normally, the check-in time is at 14:00-17:00 and the late check-in costs extra. Luckily I booked via the hotel Facebook page, so the manager made an exception to let me check in late for free. Special thanks to Khun Morrakot, Khun Som and Khun Kookkai for the excellent hospitality and help. My husband and I really had a good time at this hotel.

The staffs are soooo lovely and cheerful. Very friendly attitude ❤️. The room, the pool, and breakfast, everything was perfect.
I know the place seems great with the pool and aesthetics, but if you think you can relax here, you are wrong. The place is build upon fines, it’s a true feeling of “big brother watching you” in order to fine you. It’s covered with signs of what you cannot do. The list in the rooms shows how much you need to pay in case you damage something. You cannot bring any food and drink to the venue, but there is no option to buy it from the hotel either. Besides, a really inadequate, tasteless breakfast, which offers you instant coffee.
Overall, great location and aesthetic, awful mindset and possibility to relax. Just book somewhere else where you can enjoy and do as you wish, not getting stressed if you will be fined to check-in in 3h interval they want you to do so, or questioning if you can bring water from outside or not.
