We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this hotel. The reception team was very friendly and service-minded, especially K. Pooh. His smile truly warmed our hearts, and he kindly helped us arrange the shuttle bus service both ways. I was injured by coral during the trip, and the staff thoughtfully provided first aid right away. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The automatic toilet flush in the room was amazing and added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Our trip to Krabi was absolutely amazing
18/02/2026 18:54This hotel is great! Staff are so friendly and welcoming, from first arrival all the way to check out. The pool is beautiful and overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and positive. Our favourite thing about this hotel was the complimentary breakfast every morning, lots to choose from and good food with a nice eating area. The staff honestly deserve another mention, they were so accommodating and brought such a positive affect on our stay with complimentary fruit sent up on our first night, always attending to everyone poolside and being super helpful and friendly. The hotel is a bit far from the main beach/strip but the free shuttle service the hotel provided is so convenient. We only wish it went later into the evening but honestly it isn’t really an issue. Room service is pretty standard price for a hotel and is of good quality. The beds are quite firm but honestly is fine and I slept well every night. There did seem to be some issue with the sewerage in the second half of our stay, causing the toilet to smell in both of our rooms, but overall was contained to the toilet (with a door on it). Once again, the staff were amazing and we 1000% recommend this hotel.

It’s simple but absolutely charming, and the staff are truly amazing — every single one of them. Such warm, personal, and caring service.
Woramate is just wonderful!!! He became a real friend to our son, which meant so much to us.
The only issue was that there were ants on the first floor. To be fair, the staff took it very seriously and moved us to another room, although it didn’t completely solve the problem.
The location is a bit far, but they offer shuttle services, which definitely makes up for it.
There is also an excellent spa nearby called Blue Spa.
Overall, we had a truly lovely experience.
We booked for 3 nights but decided to extend for 2 more nights because we had a great time here. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. Our daughter became sick during the night and they brought us to to hospital, and picked us up in the middle of the night. We really appreciated that. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Location is great. We would recommend this hotel. To the great staff of Infinity, once again, thank you very much for our time here!
04/12/2025 10:09My wife and I had a great stay here. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the clean and comfortable room and facilities in the hotel. We loved watching the sunset from the rooftop pool, loved the breakfast (buffet - coffee not bad and lots of variety) and the hospitable and professional work ethic the staff displayed.
When an article of clothing fell from our balcony - we went to the front desk to see if anyone found it. The receptionist told us they would call the room if the cleaning crew saw anything and she called about half an hour later with the great news that they had found it. I reccomend staying here if you want a comfortable and quiet space to relax and use as a home base while exploring Ao nang, Railay beach and other activities in the area. The location itself is a little outside the main area, so you'll need to walk at least 7 - 8 minutes to find a decent place to eat. The beach is about 30 min walk or 10 minute Grab (about 70 - 90 baht) so easy enough. You can take the free taxi service from the hotel and back but the times are not great - 11:30, 13:30, 15:30 and 17:30. Would be nice if there was also a 9:30, 19:30 and 21:30 as most days we left right after breakfast and returned in the evening. Another thing is that there are lots warnings everywhere about fines for anything you break or stain in the room...it's a little unsettling and threatening but also gives a sense of safety like they are on top of things. We had no problem at check out and overall had a great experience.
