Very nice hotel, really warm and professional welcome.
Clean and comfortable room.
The pool is warm and really nice. The pool bar is not very expensive and very good.
The terrace off the room is really pleasant.

The air-conditioning was really too noisy.
The restaurant should be open in the evening, as the hotel is out of the way.

The biggest problem is the cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom. We need to find a solution to keep them out.

We still recommend this hotel

Complaint Regarding Misconduct and Unfair Charge at Ao nang ban suan Resort in Krabi

Dear Management Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a distressing and unacceptable incident that occurred during my recent stay at your resort in Krabi.

We had booked 3 rooms from 9th Dec to 12th Dec and never thought we will really a beautiful country Thailand with such a horrified incident.

At the time of checkout, your staff member Shaun informed us that the bedsheet in one of the room had a slight stain caused by a towel’s color running out. Instead of handling the matter professionally, Shaun behaved in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. He insisted that we pay 500 Baht immediately in a totally rude manner.

What made the situation even more shocking was that he threatened to call the police if we did not pay the amount on the spot and made us wash the bedsheets.
This intimidation and aggressive behavior were completely uncalled for and made us feel unsafe and harassed. Such conduct is nowhere near the level of service expected from a resort of your standard.

Above all this when we asked to settle the matter with mutual consent he asked to pay an amount of 300 bhatt for which we demanded an official receipt which was also denied .

I request the following actions from your side:
• A formal investigation into the incident and Shauns behavior.
• A written explanation and justification for the charge, including evidence of the alleged damage.
• Assurance of corrective steps to ensure guests are not treated with such disrespect in the future.
• Consideration for a refund of the unfair charge imposed on us and mental harrasement.
This experience significantly impacted our stay and left us with a very negative impression. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and respond promptly.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience at this hotel. We arrived tired from a long day of flying, and the bathroom in our room was completely filthy, with hair all over the floor and everywhere else. The next day we spoke to reception, and they told us they would clean it. We returned in the afternoon after the beach, and it looked like they hadn't even touched it. We complained again, and they told us once more that they would clean it the next day. It's worth noting that communication was very difficult because none of the staff speak English well, so it was very hard to get our concerns across, and the responses were not helpful.

Good property located in remote area specially pls carry food as this property doesn’t have kitchen and Krabi beach is far from the hotel. Good point they have pickup and drop facilities at the beach u can inform them 1hr prior and also check the timing for the same

If you have a rental car and want a quiet getaway not far from several prime destinations, this location is ideal. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here in March. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the cottage was adorable, and the setting was beautiful. During check-in they greeted us with some lovely tea, and the next day they helped us book a tour. This isn't a luxury property, but it was exactly what we needed, and the price was perfect. If we make it back to the Krabi area, we would definitely stay here again.
