About Krabi and Koh Lanta
Krabi province on Thailand's Andaman coast is famous for limestone cliffs, clear water, and easy access to islands such as Phi Phi, Hong Island, and local four-island loops. Koh Lanta sits within this network of beaches, piers, and national park zones, making it practical for both short holidays and week-long stays. Infrastructure has improved steadily — ATMs, mini-marts, clinics, and tour counters are common — yet the region still feels more relaxed than busier beach hubs.
Check In Krabi publishes guides, hotel lists, restaurant picks, and public place notes to help visitors compare options before they book. Always cross-check ferry times, park fees, and national holiday crowds because conditions change by season. Respect marine parks: avoid single-use plastic on boats, do not stand on coral, and follow staff instructions during snorkeling stops.

I think some of the dishes here are the best I've ever tried, but others are not great. Hence the mixed reviews.
Beef larb: best I've ever tried anywhere in the world.
Tom kha: quite unusual flavor and too thick, very different from all the other restaurants.
Mango sticky rice: very good.
Orange juice: I don't recommend, very little juice and mostly water and ice.
Overall the people here are very nice, the menu is extensive and the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely come back.
This was my favourite food spot on koh lanta. So relieved to read about the use of plant based sauces for all vegetarian meals. The staff are very friendly and hardworking. I had the fried tofu Penang with rice, coconut milk curry, fried tofu Masaman with rice (twice!) and fried tofu green curry with rice. The tofu is the best tofu in Thailand I’ve tasted; with a sort of breadcrumb layer and amazing crisp, a generous amount too! That curry is probably the best I’ve ever had , I’m not sure if it’s the same as yellow curry? It’s just written as coconut curry… My goodness the flavours are delicious, each dish was a joy to eat.
Thank you
What an amazing restaurant!
We ate here both for breakfast and dinner. All food that came out was extremely tasty and fresh. You can ask for spicy or not spicy for any dishes. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. They do not serve alcohol at the restaurant but isn’t needed. The Thai Iced milk tea is the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a reasonable priced tasty meal. Make sure you pre book if you want to visit as it gets busy during the dinner period.
The best restaurant in ko lanta, we stayed in ko lanta for 4 days and came here every day for at least one of our meals. The people running it are the best, it’s such a relaxed vibe and every dish we had was extremely tasty. If you’re a foodie and like trying a few small dishes I would recommend the tofu larb, crispy eggplant, spicy beef salad, chicken khao soi, crispy enoki mushrooms!
03/01/2026 21:31The best restaurant in Koh Lanta! We went back 6 times during our entire stay on the island. The food is really delicious and fresh, and the service is amazing. When we arrived on the first day we saw a long line and realized that this is probably a great place. And maybe it’s the only Disadvantage of this place - there is almost always a waiting line, but it’s totally worth it!
