About Krabi and Ao Nang

Krabi province on Thailand's Andaman coast is famous for limestone cliffs, clear water, and easy access to islands such as Phi Phi, Hong Island, and local four-island loops. Ao Nang sits within this network of beaches, piers, and national park zones, making it practical for both short holidays and week-long stays. Infrastructure has improved steadily — ATMs, mini-marts, clinics, and tour counters are common — yet the region still feels more relaxed than busier beach hubs.

Check In Krabi publishes guides, hotel lists, restaurant picks, and public place notes to help visitors compare options before they book. Always cross-check ferry times, park fees, and national holiday crowds because conditions change by season. Respect marine parks: avoid single-use plastic on boats, do not stand on coral, and follow staff instructions during snorkeling stops.

Food: amazing. Heighlight of the trip regarding food. Best meal we had do far. Would recommend to my best friends, my family and every stranger who would value my opinion ooou and best mango and passion fruit smoothly as well

Service: very kind and we ask for recommendation really what to eats. We ordered everything they suggested.

Atmosphere: when we came to the entrance we did not know if we are at the right place..doesn’t look much in the dark from front. But when you enter the atmosphere changes to jungle garden vibe with wooden schacks. Ferry nice snd beautiful.

Had a great experience dining here. Food was Awesome, one of the best that I had throughout my Thailand trip. Atmosphere and ambience is also cozy.

Their gravy seafood soup was amazing. Almost all the item that include seafood is great here; on the relevant notr, It's a halal restaurant. But the food was so so yummy, Specially the shrimp and squid had soft taste.

Outstanding Thai food at a lovely family-run restaurant.
We ended up eating here four days in a row because both the food and the service were consistently excellent. Everything we ordered was fresh and incredibly flavorful. The ladies cooking and serving were genuinely warm and friendly, which made the experience even better.

The seating area has a cozy, local feel and it’s nice and quiet, just a little outside the main city area — perfect if you want amazing food without the crowds.

Came here with my wife for dinner and it was truly a hidden gem.

We ventured here through the darkness from our hotel and it was worth it.

I ordered the mango daquiri - it was well presented and tasty- my wife had the soda water.

For food we ordered the mango and papaya crunchy salad, pad thai and green thai curry with rice. Portions were huge and food simply excellent. Service was speedy and thoughtful.

It was truly atmospheric and we will definitely be returning.

Prices reasonable.

The food was outstanding. If you’re craving a fish dish, I especially recommend the grilled fish here. It’s a type of sea bream, and the flesh is incredibly tender and melts in your mouth. The crispy exterior is perfectly done, and the sauce is excellent as well. Needless to say, the other dishes we ordered were just as good.

The atmosphere feels like being in the middle of a jungle. It’s a bit off the main path, which means it’s nicely isolated from outside noise. If you enjoy quiet, peaceful places, this spot is highly recommended. The owner is also very kind and welcoming, and the food is served at a comfortable pace.
