About Krabi and Krabi province
Krabi province on Thailand's Andaman coast is famous for limestone cliffs, clear water, and easy access to islands such as Phi Phi, Hong Island, and local four-island loops. Krabi province sits within this network of beaches, piers, and national park zones, making it practical for both short holidays and week-long stays. Infrastructure has improved steadily — ATMs, mini-marts, clinics, and tour counters are common — yet the region still feels more relaxed than busier beach hubs.
Check In Krabi publishes guides, hotel lists, restaurant picks, and public place notes to help visitors compare options before they book. Always cross-check ferry times, park fees, and national holiday crowds because conditions change by season. Respect marine parks: avoid single-use plastic on boats, do not stand on coral, and follow staff instructions during snorkeling stops.
When planning island tours from Krabi, arrive at the pier early, bring sun protection, and keep cash for national park fees. Tour availability depends on tide and wind — confirm with the operator the evening before departure.

The price, 60 baht, is a fair reflection of the gym. Kit, machines and free weights are quite old, so you need to know what you are doing/how you are training; most likely you will improvise or change some exercises if you are used to a wider variety of kit. Friendly local guys, I enjoyed it! Thank you.
06/10/2025 06:08For 60 baht per session is this an ideal place to workout on your Krabi holiday! Weights go up to 30kg, but with some extra reps is this not a problem! Although the equipment looks old, the functionality is still up-to-date! The gym itself is clean and spaciously designed. Reccomended!
23/07/2025 23:44Its just 60baht a session one of the cheapest I've had in Thailand.
It could do with afew more pieces of equipment but the equipment and gym is clean.
Yes its old and hot but its 60baht.
The only gym i found open on a sunday in Krabi town.
The people who complain are probably the ones that love to pay 10x the price a session and just pose in a mirror.
Dumbells go up 30kg
Old school equipment but fine if you know what you’re doing. No air con but plenty of fans, bottled water for sale also. Take a towel. 100BHT fee for day pass more than fair.
26/01/2020 14:24Great gym. Fans and enough equipment to get a good session in! Friendly staff and open on a Sunday too
